How to Restart the IFC8 / HTNG Interface Services
This article explains how to restart the HTNG interface services on the IFC8 or HTNG Interfaces server. You may need to perform this procedure if the interface becomes unresponsive or after a configuration change. Once complete, notify the Optii Support team so they can confirm the system is operating normally.
On the IFC8 or HTNG Interfaces server you should see two files called Stop_HTNG and Start_HTNG.
1. Right-click the Stop_HTNG.bat file and select Run as administrator.
2.- When you see this message, press “Yes” option. At the moment you press “Yes”, the services will stop.
3. Wait until the command window shows a completion message, then press any key to close it.
4. Right-click the Start_HTNG.bat file and select Run as administrator.
5.- Press the “Yes” button. At the moment you press “Yes”, the services will start.
6.- Please wait until you see the last message and press any key of the keyboard to continue.
7. The restart procedure is now complete. Please notify the Optii Support team that you have restarted the interface by emailing help@optiisolutions.com. The team will validate the connection and confirm the system is operating normally.
