How To Restart HTNG Services in Opera On-Prem Server

Learn how to restart the Optii - Opera HTNG interface when it's down.

On the IFC8 or HTNG Interfaces server you should see two files called Stop_HTNG and Start_HTNG.

1.- Select the Stop_HTNG.Bat File and press the right mouse button. Then, Select Run as administrator.

2.- When you see this message, press “Yes” option. At the moment you press “Yes”, the services will stop.

3.- Please wait until you see the last message and press any key of the keyboard to continue.

4.- Then, perform the same process as ‘Stop’ but now with the Start_HTNG.Bat file.

5.- Press the “Yes” button. At the moment you press “Yes”, the services will start.

6.- Please wait until you see the last message and press any key of the keyboard to continue.

7.- End of the procedure. Please let the Optii team know that you have restarted the interface so we can validate the information and ensure the system is working normally again.
