We’re excited to introduce Optii 3.21.0 — a release focused on speed, visibility, and productivity across Housekeeping, Service, Chat, and Projects. Whether you’re rushing rooms, assigning credits, or managing multi-room jobs, this release helps teams streamline their daily workflows while unlocking smarter controls for managers.

This update introduces new features to the Housekeeping List View, significant enhancements to Job Assist, improved credit updates, and enhanced job views across the board.

    Housekeeping - List View

    Overview

    The all-new Housekeeping List View is a game-changer for housekeeping teams. Until now, managing rooms meant working through a timeline — limiting your ability to take quick action or get a clear picture of what’s happening. This new list view changes everything.

    Supervisors and managers can now view, filter, and act on every job — whether it’s unassigned, in progress, or ready to be rushed. It’s built for how housekeeping actually operates.

    Housekeeping - Bulk Credit Update

    Overview

    Housekeeping managers can now perform bulk credit updates, allowing quick adjustments to credit quotas across multiple users with a single action.

    Functionality

    • Instant credit updates for selected users
    • Use filters to apply updates by user or role

    • Reduces time spent during the opening process
    • Enables updates for multiple users simultaneously

    My Job View updates

    Overview

    We’re introducing improvements to both Job Card functionalities and My Job View, which provide more control and transparency over job assignments. Users can now update room exception tasks directly from the job card and track workflows through three new views:

      • My Assigned Jobs – View all active jobs assigned to you
      • My Section – Monitor all work completed in the section(s) assigned during the opening process
      • My Added Jobs – Track any jobs you’ve personally added

         

        Functionality

        • Update room exception statuses (e.g., DND, No Show) directly from the job card
        • Manage your workload within your section directly from your device

        Benefits

        • Faster, more intuitive updates for exception tasks
        • Clearer job management across assigned, section, and self-added jobs

         

        Service List View

        Managing service jobs used to mean clicking into each job one by one — not anymore. The revamped Service List View introduces powerful bulk action capabilities, providing managers and engineers with a faster way to manage their day.

        Whether you’re tagging jobs for reporting, adding missing notes, or clearing out old test jobs, this is your new high-efficiency control panel.

        Functionality

        • Bulk Actions
          • Add Notes — Document findings, issues, or follow-ups across multiple jobs at once
          • Apply Tags — Flag urgent issues, categorize jobs for reporting, or group by theme
          • Attach Files/Photos — Add inspection images or repair documentation in one go
          • Delete Jobs — Delete jobs created accidentally with a click of a button

        Filters

          • Department: Group jobs by task type (e.g., Repair, Replace, Inspect) so you can easily assign, report, or bulk edit similar work orders.
          •  Job Type: Filter jobs by whether the job  is a guest request or an internal request
          • Status: Instantly view jobs that are not started, In Progress, Done, or On hold — so you can identify what’s falling behind or on ongoing or what’s complete.
          • Added Date Range: Choose from the added date to isolate and get a historical picture for a set of days or a particular day

         

        Job Assist – Multi-Room, Multi-Item, Assignee, Lightning Fast

        Job Assist just leveled up. What started as a fast way to log single jobs has evolved into a powerful multi-job creator — capable of parsing complex, real-world requests and turning them into clean, assignable, and trackable jobs in seconds.

        Now you can enter or say things like…

        “Change the filters and replace batteries in rooms 104, 105, and 106 — assign to Anthony and have them done by 2 pm.”

        And just like that, Optii will generate three separate jobs, each correctly mapped with:

        • Multiple locations
        • Multiple job items
        • Assign a team member
        • Add a  due by time

        Enhancements & Bugs

          1. Future Job Filter
            1. When deleting an attachment from a job, users will now receive a confirmation prompt before the file is removed, helping to prevent accidental deletions.
        • Activity Log Enhancement
          1. We now provide the name of the partner/integration generating the job on the activity log in both reports and the product
        1. Activity log Issues
          1. Addressed an issue where PMS events were getting marked as Optii
          2. The room list view can now be found on the home page
