We have added Bosnian, Greek, Haitian Creole, and Chinese (Simplified)
The labels and system messages in Optii will now be translated into these selected languages. Users who would like to change languages can make the change in their profile, or a manager may do so on their behalf. It's easier for your team members to understand what needs to be done in their native language.
As promised, we will keep adding more and more languages to Optii Service & Chat. We will release Chinese (Traditional), Tagalog, Japanese, English UK, and Castilian Spanish in the coming months.
When adding or editing a Job, Guest and Internal Requests Buttons Are More Visible and Easier to Click.
We heard you and agree that when adding or editing a job, the option for Guest Request or Internal is significant since it drives the default priorities and due time values. Therefore, we made these selections much more prominent on all devices.
Department Codes Are Now Displayed on Unassigned Job Cards
You will also see the Department Code directly on the unassigned Job Cards. Many of our users are taking jobs versus having managers assign the jobs. Therefore, we made it even easier to know with which Department the unassigned job is associated, eliminating any confusion when taking a job.
Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes
- You should no longer see jobs that your associated role does not have department access to on the Job Status view.
- Since now we have customers worldwide, we removed any lingering '$' signs from Roles and Permissions, Today's Top Jobs, and Top Job Graphs in the Job Activity Report.
- As we add more customers every day, we continue to enhance the overall performance of the Job views to make sure you don't experience any unnecessary delays.
