Release Notes - December 2020 - V3.0.8

Welcome to the latest update of the Optii Platform!  This update has performance enhancements for our current features, bug fixes, and all-around improvements to make Optii an even more productive tool in your daily life and operation.



'Job Rules' within Settings

You are now able to modify the Target Due Times of your jobs within your Optii Settings.  This rule allows you to modify the default time, in minutes, that your guest and internal jobs should be completed by.  Simply access Settings > Jobs > Rules and edit your Times in minutes.  Click 'Update' to save!

This is the first 'Job Rule' to be released, more to come.

 


Various Bug Fixes and Enhancements

1)  Enhancement in the performance of the 'Schedule'.  You are now able to edit, publish, and print your Schedule with a larger team (more than 40 Team Members) at a much greater speed than in our previous version.  This enhancement will also aid you in saving valuable time when copying your schedule into a future week. 

2)  Enhancement in the job card layout allows for longer character length so that information will display wrapped into two lines.

We are currently beta testing our 'Job Activity Report' and cannot wait to share it with our customers soon.  This report will help you track all of your jobs and departmental productivity.  Stay tuned!
