Welcome to the first release of 2021! We have new resources to introduce as well as performance enhancements for our current features, bug fixes, and all-around improvements to make Optii and even more productive tool in your daily operation

Meet the 'Job Activity Report'

This report will show you information about all of the jobs your team worked on during a specified period of time as well as some deeper insights into performance and trends.

Get help when you need it using our livechat with the HelpDesk feature!

 Our Helpdesk Team is always here for you -- we can answer a quick question, assist you in developing a procedure for your property, or provide support when something isn't working properly with Optii.  Simply click on the blue circle with the message bubble to get started.

Once you click on the blue circle, a new box will pop-up to allow you to begin a chat with us.  You can type in keywords or a longer question to help you find the information you need.  Go ahead and give it a try!  We look forward to chatting with you soon!



Various Bug Fixes and Enhancements

  1. Fix corrects jobs from being incorrectly assigned when 'Auto Assign' is selected and there is no one scheduled to receive the job.
  2. Fix corrects pagination issues that previously affected the 'Job Items' list when loading additional data.  The 'Load More' button no longer disappears.
  3. Fix corrects a previous issue with the 'Floor Plan' sorting order, now takes into account numerical values in list order.
