Here is what's new for you in the latest version of Optii Service and Optii Chat:
- We have enhanced our User management and Jobs filtering UI to match the look and feel of the rest of our application
- On the Home Page Top Jobs chart, the tooltip now appears upon hovering with a mouse to keep you better informed
- On the Jobs Timeline view, we enhanced the drag and drop behavior when dragging multiple cards
- On the Reports PDFs, we enhanced the way we display the filters to make the reports more concise and easier to read
- On the Team Member Schedule, we’ve enhanced the process of adding team members to the schedule to make it easier to find and select team members
- Better error and validation messages in login, reset password, user invite, and user profile for better guidance
- We now make sure that there are no dependent escalations when deleting a department
- To make sure you never miss an escalation, we now display the red escalation border in all scenarios when an escalation is triggered
