Completing a Job from your device or PC

Completing a job in Optii is simple and straightforward, this article will explain your options from Start to Completion

The Quick Path to Job Completion

• 'Take' - solid blue button, the job is in "Assigned" status
• 'Take and Start' - outlined button in blue, the job is "Assigned" and moved to 'In Progress' 

• 'Start' - solid blue button, the job is moved to 'In Progress'

• 'Pause' - outlined button in blue, job is moved to 'On Hold'

• 'Complete' - solid blue button, the job is moved to 'Complete'

• 'Cancel a Job' - black font, the job is moved to 'Complete' as cancelled
