Learn how you can create and update users in Optii

Do you have a new housekeeping employee who needs an Optii login?  Creating a new user in Optii and managing all users on your team is simple and easy to do!

New Users!

Depending on the size of your hotel, you will have a large number of people accessing the Optii Keeper platform, whether from a mobile device or the HUB. Each of these users needs their own login to ensure that they can access the system, while maintaining the security and integrity of your data.

When creating a new user, it is essential to set up a username and password that is easy to remember by the individual, but unique and private to them.  In order to ensure report accuracy, each member of the team should have their own login, we do not encourage shared or generic user logins.

If you want to make changes to an existing user's information, simply double click on the user that you wish to edit and follow the steps provided in this video.
