What is a Tag:
A tag is a label that can be added to a location or locations to group them together. Optii uses tags on the timeline to group rooms close together for our recommended order of job completion.
For example:
- Your hotel has 10 floors and each floor has two sections.
- Each section has 10 rooms making it a total of 20 rooms per floor.
- Floor 1 has 10 rooms in section A and 10 rooms in section B.
- You can tag section A rooms together by adding a tag to the room details and do the same for the rooms in section B.
- This way Optii will know which rooms to group based on the sections they and in.
Step 1: Access the Floor Plan
Go to your Floor Plan Tab located under General Settings to add or edit your 'Tags'.
Step 2 To Add or Edit a Tag for a location
1. Click on a room number (a new window opens up on the right-hand side). Then, click on the edit icon (pencil icon on the top right-hand corner of the room details).
2. Scroll to the bottom of the details view, tType in the applicable section under the "tags" text box and click update
