Give your morning briefing another voice!

If you're worried about your team forgetting your morning briefing instructions, you can put your mind at ease by setting your morning briefing details for yourself in Optii and get your room attendants up-to-date every time they are cleaning guest rooms with the mobile app.

1. Start by adding your morning briefing details to the HUB.
2. Click on the 'Options menu' at the top right-hand side of your screen and select 'Briefing Details'.
3. Enter your 'Briefing Notes', and once done, click 'Apply'.
