How to reset your Optii Service password

Forgot your password and need to recover your access? Please follow these quick steps

To recover your own password you can do that by clicking on the 'Trouble Logging In' option on your Optii portal. Please see below:

After clicking, it will immediately take you to site where you will need to place your username and Optii will send you a reset password link to the email you have linked with us.

Please make sure to check the spam box if you don't see the reset link on your common inbox.
