Steps to Install the Opera On-Prem PMS with Optii
Opera On-Prem Optii PMS Integration Guide
This guide outlines the steps to integrate the Opera On Prem Property Management System (PMS) with Optii using the Opera Hospitality Interface Platform (HTNG).
Phase 1: Oracle Quote Request, Review & Approval
Step 1 — Oracle Quote
Please request a quote from Oracle for the Opera Optii PMS Integration, specifying Part Number B81339, which includes OPX_OPTII and notes to include OPT_OPTII

Step 2 — Quote Review & Approval
Once you receive the quote from Oracle, please review it and approve it and send it back to your Oracle Opera Rep.
Step 3 — Oracle PM & Installation Date
Oracle will assign the Project Manager and provide a date to install the Opera and Optii interface.
Step 4 — Share your Oracle PM Details
Please share your Oracle Project manager and date provided with Optii so we can coordinate the date with Oracle.
Phase 2: Oracle Remote Installation & Optii
Oracle Remote Installation
On the installation date. Oracle will perform the configuration and integration of the Opera and Optii interface. They will require information about your server and will communicate with your IT rep at this point.
Optii Remote PMS Adaptor Installation
After successful installation of the Opera and Optii PMS integration by Oracle. Our Optii Technician will install the PMS Adaptor on your designated Computer and Test connectivity.
Testing Connectivity between Opera & Optii
Post-Installation: Following the installation, we will verify that communication between your Opera system and Optii is functioning correctly.
