When you first synchronize your Optii Keeper system with Opera PMS, Opera does not tell Optii about any Out-Of-Order or Out-Of-Service rooms you already have set up for a future or current date as part of your maintenance programs.
The interface messages relating to OO/OS rooms are only triggered when a record is created in Opera, therefore you need to delete and re-enter all records to obtain full synchronization between the two systems.
Once this is done, any new OO/OS rooms you create in Opera will automatically reflect in Optii and you will no longer have to worry about it.
NOTE: Your systems will not be fully synchronized until this step is completed.
