  • The 16GB RAM Rule: In 2026, 8GB of RAM is no longer sufficient for professional multitasking. To prevent "tab crashing" or lag during peak turnover hours, 16GB is the required baseline for all new desktop hardware.

  • Screen Real Estate: Optii’s visual dashboards are most effective on larger displays. We recommend 27-inch monitors with QHD (1440p) resolution for managers and senior supervisors to allow for side-by-side viewing of Optii and the PMS without constant scrolling.

  • Battery Sustainability: For mobile teams, prioritize devices with fast-charging capabilities or hot-swappable batteries to ensure devices remain operational across multiple shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night).

  • Network Stability: Ensure your mobile hardware supports the 6GHz band (Wi-Fi 6E/7). This reduces interference in high-density hotel environments, ensuring real-time "Rush Room" updates are delivered instantly.
