Optii Application: System Requirements

Optii's clients are exclusively in the hotel industry. Our software architecture and minimum infrastructure/device requirements are specifically designed to meet the industry's needs and work seamlessly with commonly existing hotel equipment.

Supported Hardware and Software:

Desktop:

Browser: Latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Monitor: Widescreen monitor, 22” or larger, with 1280 x 1024 resolution.

Mobile Devices:

RAM: 2 GB minimum
Android OS: 12.0 or higher or 4.5-5 years from release
Apple iOS: 16 or 2.5-3 years from release.

Mobile App Distribution:

Android: Google Play Store
Apple: Apple App Store

Device Compatibility:

Please note: Some family-style devices, particularly those used in environments with frequent transitions between access points within a single shift, have proven incompatible. For example, the Lenovo TAB series, Vfone Moon devices, and not recognisable international brands are not recommended.
