Easy way step-by-step guide on recovering deleted/completed jobs

If you happen to delete a job by mistake or simply would like to bring back a job that was not quite completed here is an easy step-by-step process on how to do just that: 

  • First, go to the Reports tab and select the 'Job Activity Report' option

 

Then, you will want to remove the completed dates and proceed to add the dates that you want to search in 'Added Date' and specified the ranges of your selection

 

Once your dates have been specified, hover to status and search by cancelled or completed jobs based on your needs

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the cancelled jobs based on the dates ranged that you have specified

 

Once you find the specific jobs that you would like to recover, you will want to go back to the jobs tab and search for that particular job by searching for 'ALL' jobs

 

Proceed to click on the job you want to bring back as job task and then click on the 'Reopen' option in the bottom right corner

 

Congratulations! you have successfully brought back a completed/deleted job back to action - Feel free to assign as needed.
