Jobs Timeline View
previously known as Jobs by Team Member
As promised, the Jobs Timeline View is now generally available for any Optii Service customer interested in getting permissions for this new module. Just contact your CSM, and they will hook you up.
Since our beta release, we made some additional enhancements you won't want to miss:
We've reduced your need to scroll by introducing quick access icons for the current time and not started jobs. Get where you need to be with a click of a button.
Enhanced view of jobs that are paused or reopened
Updated the Team Member job count to display as completed/assigned
Update to the job card tooltip to display the priority and title
Icon and Imagery updates
View your team members’ jobs across multiple departments
Easier access to overlapping jobs
The job card badge can now accommodate multiple digits
