The "Rooms" filtering function, designed to give you granular control over your room data.
Managing a hotel efficiently requires precise control over your room inventory. Knowing the status of each room – whether it's occupied, clean, or requires attention – is crucial for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
The Rooms filtering feature allows you to search and filter your rooms based on a variety of criteria, making it easier than ever to pinpoint the exact information you need. Whether you're a front desk agent, housekeeping supervisor, or general manager, the "Rooms" filter will streamline your workflow and improve your decision-making.
What can you filter by?
The "Rooms" filter offers a range of options to help you quickly locate specific rooms or groups of rooms. These include:
- Room Type: Need to see all available suites? Filter by room type to instantly view all rooms classified as "Suite," "Deluxe," "Standard," etc. This is perfect for managing reservations, assigning housekeeping tasks, or analyzing room occupancy by type.
- Occupied Dirty: Quickly identify rooms requiring immediate cleaning after guest checkout.
- Occupied Clean: See which occupied rooms have already been serviced and are ready for new arrivals or guest requests.
- Occupied Inspected: Ensure quality control by filtering for rooms that have been cleaned and inspected.
- Vacant Dirty: Target rooms that need cleaning before they can be assigned to new guests.
- Vacant Clean: Easily view all vacant and ready rooms available for immediate occupancy.
- Vacant Inspected: Confirm that vacant rooms are not only clean but also meet your inspection standards.

- Specific Room Number: Need to check the status of a particular room? Simply enter the room number to instantly retrieve its current information. This is incredibly useful for responding to guest inquiries or addressing specific room-related issues.
💡 Tip
When filtering rooms you can also click on the location and learn more about the current jobs for each room, for example you are front office agent and you would like to know if the room has been already cleaned as stayover by housekeeping and if houseman already delivered the extra towel guest requested...with this function you can be always updated of the latest of any rooms in your hotel.
How will this benefit your hotel?
The "Rooms" filtering function offers several key advantages:
- Improved Efficiency: Quickly locate the information you need, saving valuable time and effort. No more manually scrolling through long lists of rooms.
- Enhanced Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between departments by providing real-time room status updates. Housekeeping, front desk, and management can all be on the same page.
- Optimized Housekeeping: Prioritize cleaning tasks based on room status, ensuring that vacant dirty rooms are addressed first and that inspected rooms meet your standards.
- Better Guest Experience: Ensure that rooms are clean, inspected, and ready for guests, leading to a more positive and satisfying experience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze room occupancy and status trends to make informed decisions about staffing, pricing, and resource allocation.
