Setting up Staff Members to Receive Email Notifications

Some functions of Optii Keeper enable you to send system-generated emails to selected staff members. A great example of this is the Worklog, which allows you to send maintenance requests or work orders to engineering or housemen as soon as you assign a job to them.

To enable this functionality, you need to specify an email address for them in the 'User' tab of the Configuration. Optii then knows to send an email to this person. 

 

  1. In the Configuration, go to 'Users' and add or edit an existing user.
  2. Type a valid email address in the 'Email' field.
  3. Click [SAVE].
