      We're thrilled to empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to make the most of this space. This guide is designed to be your friendly companion as you navigate and contribute to our learning resources, specifically focused on enhancing our AI model. 

      Knowledge

      Here you can create content that helps train the AI model. For best results, we recommend using an FAQ style where the title is in the form of a question such as "What is the wifi password?" and the response is captured in the description
       

      1. Finding Your Topics:

      • Step: Locate the menu tabs at the top of your Knowledge Base.
      • Action: Click on each tab to explore the various topics within your knowledge repository.
      You can search for all your Topics Knowlegdge base by clicking on the tabs

      2. Editing and Deleting Items:

      • Step: For any item within a topic, look for the "Edit" button (often a pencil icon) or the "Delete" button (usually a trash can/rubbish bin icon).
      • Action: Click "Edit" to modify the item's content or "Delete" to remove it entirely.

      💡 Tip: Double-check before deleting as this action is often irreversible.

      3. Adding a New Topic:

        • Step: Find the "+" (plus) sign at the end of the menu tabs.
        • Action: Click the "+" sign.
        • Action: Enter the title of your new topic in the provided field.
        • Action: Click "Save".

      4. Adding a Knowledge Base Item to a Topic:

        • Step: Select the topic that you would like to add an item to.
        • Action: Click the "Add Knowledge Base Item" button.
        • Action: Input the content of your Knowledge Base item.
        • Action: Click "Save" when finished.

      💡 Tip: Use clear and concise language for easy understanding. Benefit: Populate your topics with valuable information

      5. Embedding a Website Link:

      • Step: Find the "+ Add Link" option.
      • Action: Click "+ Add Link".
      • Action: Enter the URL of the website you want to embed.
      • Action: Click "Save".
