The Worklog - An Introduction


The Optii Worklog is the tool that allows you to report, track, and complete tasks.  It replaces the paper logbook or tracking sheet that was used in the past.

The Optii Worklog is designed to:

  1. Log all calls received by Housekeeping.
  2. Manage your to-do list -- ensure that every request is actioned and nothing falls through the cracks.
  3. Enables you to assign jobs to others, whether it is a houseman for a delivery or an engineer for a room defect. Both will receive an email notification straightaway!
  4. The Optii Worklog makes a shift handover easy - all requests and outstanding actions are logged. The new shift can catch up on what has happened and take over the existing to-do list.
  5. Everything is tracked.  If you ever have to follow up on a guest complaint from 2 weeks ago, you can see what was done and what happened to the room.
