Allow your devices to receive a push notification from Optii
A push notification is a short message that pops up on your user's browser irrespective of the device you are using (computer or mobile device). In Optii push, notifications are actionable messages that alert your team regarding the assignment of a job or the communication of a message via the Optii Chat module.
Push notifications are a powerful tool to keep your teams updated with any guest or internal request or with precise instructions or work announcements so they can stay updated with the latest information from the operations.
If you use an iOS device (iPhone, iPads, etc.), please download it from the app store to receive the push notifications in Optii.
Each mobile platform supports push notifications - android, iOS, to name the most common systems. Currently, users using the android platform (Samsung, Lenovo, Sony, etc.) do not require downloading the Optii app. However, if you use an iOS device (iPhone, iPads, etc.), please download it from the app store to receive the push notifications in Optii.
