Our onboarding process is designed to be smooth and effective, typically taking four to six weeks, tailored to your schedule. You'll have a dedicated onboarding specialist as your go-to person.

Your Optii Onboarding in a Nutshell:

Think of your onboarding as four key stepping stones:

• Phase One: Project Kick-Off Call: We'll discuss your goals, define success, and map out your implementation timeline.
• Phase Two: Setup & Configuration: We'll integrate Optii with your PMS, guide you through customization, and provide your login credentials and access to our Learning Center.
• Phase Three: Team Training: Your team leaders will gain access to our comprehensive Learning Center, featuring Getting Started lessons, webinars, and practical scenarios for Optii Service, Chat, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Guest Messaging, and Projects.
• Phase Four: Launch! You'll officially launch Optii at your property, with our support ensuring a seamless go-live.
