Step 1 

Go to your Job Settings Tab located under Configuration & Rules to edit your guest or internal responses time

- Click on General Job Settings

- Click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of the screen to edit 

- Edit your Guest and Internal Response times to your brand standards or goals

- Click 'Update' to save the changes
