Step #4: Add or Edit your Floor Plan

Learn how easy is to add or edit your existing Floor Plan in Optii

 

Available with any of the following subscriptions:

  • Service
  • Housekeeping
  • Chat
  • Projects (Preventative Maintenance)
  • Guest Messaging
  • Above Property Management

Step 1

Go to your Floor Plan Tab located under General Settings to add or edit your departments

 

Step 2

To Add New Location

  1. Go to the 'Add Location' button located in the right hand side of the screen.
  2. Enter the name of 'Parent Location'
  3. Enter the 'Location Type'
  4. Enter the 'Name' of the location

Click on 'Add' to save your changes.

Step 3 

To Edit a Location

  1. Go to the pencil icon located in the right hand side of the screen.
  2. Complete and enter the new 'Parent Location', or 'Location Type', or 'Name'
  3. You can also edit 'Description', 'Square Unit', 'Notes', 'Sequence', 'Tags, and Virtual location if needed
  4. Once you have finished, click 'Update' to save the changes

Bonus Tip: 

You can also delete a location. Simply click on the 'bin' icon located on the right hand side of the screen
