Step #1: Access the Optii Platform

Log in to Optii

Accessing Optii from your desktop or mobile device

Available with any of the following subscriptions:

  • Service
  • Housekeeping
  • Chat
  • Projects (Preventative Maintenance)
  • Guest Messaging
  • Above Property Management

To access Optii from your desktop

1. Enter the URL https://optii.app on your browser

2. Enter your username & password and click login

 

To access Optii from your apple device (iPhones or iPads)

1. Go to your AppStore

2. Download Optii Platform

3. Enter your username & password and click login

 

To access Optii from your android device 

1. Go to your PlayStore

2. Download Optii Platform

3. Enter your username & password and click login

Before you get started

Before getting started, please note the following:

  • Only Optii customers, with a signed subscription can log in to Optii. If you signed up to receive an ebook or registered for a webinar, but don't have an active account, you will not be able to log in.
  • If you try to log in and see a 'Username or Password is incorrect', you may not have an active account or your account may have been deactivated. Please contact your direct supervisor for assistance.
